Instructional Designer

Position : Instructional Designer (IT)

Location : Southlake, TX

Work Schedule : Hybrid – Onsite Monday through Thursday; Remote on Fridays

Contract : 12-month contract, potential contract-to-hire

Rate Range : $34 / hour to $38 / hour (rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of multiple concurrent projects with a focus on learning and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver impactful learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences and organizational objectives.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance instructional design, content personalization, and learner engagement.
• Develop interactive e-learning modules using advanced authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
• Conduct audience analysis and needs assessments to ensure training solutions are relevant and effective.
• Manage program and project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and manage cross-functional teams to support organizational learning strategies.
• Adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies to foster innovation in training delivery and assessment.
