Global Creator Community Manager (Los Angeles County)

Role Overview :

Were building the future of AI-powered creativity and we need someone who knows how to bring creators along for the ride. As our Creator Community Manager for North America & Europe, youll shape and grow Kling AIs creator ecosystem across video, image, and next-gen AIGC content. Youll work with some of the most innovative creators out there, helping them push boundaries with AI tools and making Kling AI their go-to creative engine.

Key Responsibilities

1Build and grow the creator ecosystem

Design and launch programs that attract, inspire, and retain top AIGC creators (video, image, and beyond);

Build and manage creator communities that spark collaboration and high-quality output;

Discover and support top and rising creators through contests, collaborations, and incubation programs;

Partner with the film, music, and entertainment industries to expand ecosystem reach and credibility.

2Drive content creation and visibility

Run creative challenges, co-creation campaigns, and trend-driven activations that showcase Klings creative power;

Curate standout creator content and amplify it across platforms for maximum visibility;

Stay ahead of content trends turning insights into creative briefs, campaign ideas, and community inspiration;

Work closely with the product team to convey creator needs and propose feature improvements to enhance the creative experience.

3Measure, learn, and optimize

Track creator growth metrics and campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights;

Produce ecosystem and competitor reports to guide strategy for the Western creator community.

What Youll Bring

13+ years of experience in creator community, user operations, content platforms, or community management;

2Deep understanding of Global creator culture ideally with study or work experience in North America or Europe;

3Native in English and Chinese; able to craft and execute creative campaigns independently;

4Strong project management, community-building, and creative ideation skills;

5Data-driven mindset comfortable turning numbers into strategy;

6Passion for AI creativity and emerging tech. You live and breathe the creator world.
