Licensed Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment

We are a growing 503A compounding pharmacy located in West Houston specializing in sterile and non-sterile preparations. As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Technician to support daily order processing and packaging activities.

About the Role

The Fulfillment Technician is responsible for accurately processing, labeling, organizing, and packaging patient orders. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficient workflow management, and the ability to work closely with pharmacists, sterile technicians, and shipping staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, process, and prepare medications for fulfillment
• Use pharmacy software systems such as LifeFile to manage order flow (training provided)
• Print and apply prescription labels with precision
• Organize daily orders and maintain an efficient workflow
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy before packaging
• Prepare shipments, including cold-chain packaging and proper placement of ice packs
• Collaborate with pharmacists and sterile technicians to ensure order readiness
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Troubleshoot basic fulfillment or labeling issues
• Follow all pharmacy safety, confidentiality, and compliance procedures
