About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President for OSP Construction and Operations. This executive will be responsible for leading large-scale fiber network infrastructure programs, with a focus on outside plant construction. The role demands a leader who can ensure operational excellence, safety, and profitability in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end OSP construction operations, managing P&L performance, budgeting, and cost control, as well as developing and mentoring high-performing teams. The successful candidate will also be tasked with establishing operational rhythms for safety, production, and communication, and building relationships with local municipalities for permitting and compliance.

Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in fiber and OSP construction management, with a proven track record in leading multi-million-dollar telecom infrastructure programs. Strong financial and operational acumen, particularly in P&L ownership, is essential. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in microtrenching and fiber installation methods, excellent communication and leadership skills, and an executive presence. Familiarity with the Las Vegas market or similar metro environments is preferred.
