Were seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Resident Care (LVN / RN) to lead our communitys health and wellness programs. This pivotal role oversees licensed nurses care partners and medication teams while ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence regulatory compliance and person-centered care.

What Youll Do

Provide leadership and daily oversight for all resident care and medication management programs.

Partner with the Executive Director and Home Office Clinical Operations to uphold Aspenwoods quality compliance and safety standards.

Oversee clinical assessments care plan development and service delivery in alignment with each residents individual needs.

Foster a culture of empathy accountability and continuous improvement among care team members.

Collaborate cross-functionally on technology integration clinical QA initiatives and training programs that elevate care outcomes.

What Youll Bring

Active LVN or RN license in good standing.

Proven experience leading care teams in assisted living memory care or similar healthcare environments.

Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach.

Passion for mentorship team development and excellence in resident care delivery.
