A health services organization in Connecticut is currently seeking a licensed Physician, with a Family Medicine background, to join their Primary Care team in Windham County.

About the Opportunity :

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday
  • Hours : 32 per week
  • Patient Volume : 20 patients per day

Responsibilities :

The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for :

  • Performing physicals
  • Handling pre-op appointments
  • Overseeing transfer of care
  • Seeing patients in forsick visits
  • Assisting with chronic illness management
  • Performing other duties, as needed

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut
  • Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine
