Job Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar construction projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Project types will include a variety of commercial, education, health care, amusement / recreation, technology
• Manage project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to ensure accurate scope and cost alignment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies on-site.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented project culture.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• / - 5-10 years of industry experience
• General Contracting background
• Demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Project values can range from $50M - $400M+
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
