Danfoss is seeking Electrical Engineers to join its team. In this role, you will utilize engineering principles, education, and relevant technology to develop and support all new, improved, or additional features of products and their applications. Electrical Engineers may also assist sales, production, quality or procurement in technical matters

The Electrical Engineer will report to the Director, Engineering and work daily out of our facility in Plymouth, MN. Work authorization support for this role cannot be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Accomplish the engineering design, development, modification or adaptation of products by conducting analysis and testing for the validation of products, solve functional, application, or production problems, improve the functional capabilities of existing products and redesign existing products to achieve new requirements, features, costs reduction, or updates due to obsolete components or to reach current “state of the art”.
• Independently apply engineering knowledge, experience, and education to complex or demanding engineering tasks. Organize, prioritize, and complete work assignments with quality and in a timely manner.
• Assist key stakeholders in sales, marketing, service, production, drafting, Design, procurement, supplier and operations personnel in technical matters and direction.
• Respond with commitment and sensitivity to satisfying the needs of internal and external customers.
• Maintain cooperative and productive working relationships and communications with all employees. Facilitate cross-functional discussions.
