Senior IT Manager Science & Innovation (R&D) (Atlanta)

We are seeking a strategic Senior IT Manager for Science & Innovation (R&D) to lead the digital capabilities and technology roadmap that enable our labs, R&D teams, and innovation programs worldwide.

This role exists to accelerate innovation improving speed-to-insight, enhancing data integrity, modernising scientific platforms, and unlocking new capability through technology.

This is a business partnering and roadmap-shaping role, not simply programme delivery.

What you will lead

• Create and execute the technology roadmap for LIMS, ELN, PLM, Knowledge Management and digital lab systems
• Partner with scientific leadership to align technology with innovation targets and business outcomes
• Drive lab digital transformation and scientific data enablement
• Lead internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions
• Ensure operational stability, compliance, security, and GxP-appropriate controls
• Influence investment decisions and prioritisation of innovation-enabling technologies
• Scan and evaluate emerging tech AI / ML, automation, scientific analytics
