The successful candidate will be tasked with building and optimizing sales systems, managing KPIs, and deploying CRM technology to enhance throughput and conversion. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include auditing, redesigning, and scaling the sales function, standardizing KPI tracking, and pipeline management, and implementing rigorous lead routing and conversion reporting.
