About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the organization's financial strategy, with a focus on supporting growth and long-term business objectives. The successful candidate will lead all financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling. This role involves close partnership with the leadership team to evaluate key initiatives, measure ROI, and drive performance improvements. The Head of Finance will also be responsible for managing cash flow, capital planning, and working capital to ensure financial stability and scalability. Additionally, the role includes preparing and presenting various financial materials, serving as a key thought partner on business strategy, and overseeing accounting and compliance functions. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have 8-12 years' of progressive finance experience, with a preference for those who have worked in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer goods. The role requires a proven track record in leading FP&A, accounting, and analytics functions, as well as a deep understanding of DTC unit economics, LTV / CAC dynamics, and contribution margin optimization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess strong analytical and modeling skills, and have exceptional attention to detail. A CPA or MBA is preferred, but not required. The Head of Finance will also be expected to foster a culture of data-driven thinking, define and track key company-wide KPIs, and build and mentor a high-performing team across finance and analytics.
