A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative for the STAT Team. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients Resolve customer requests through various communication channels Provide customer education and notify clients of test results in a timely manner Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree highly desired Previous experience in a customer service role Experience in a contact center or healthcare industry is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
