We are looking for a Junior / Middle Service Desk Specialist to strengthen our team in providing end-user support to EPAMs clients.
Currently, we support 20+ global clients representing various industries : Healthcare, E-commerce, Retail, Travel, and Technology. Our team acts as a single point of contact for user requests and queries related to the applications and systems supported.

Responsibilities
- Work with incidents : recording, classification, initial triage, resolution, recovery, and closure
- Monitor the status and progress toward resolution of all open incidents
- Keep affected users informed about progress
- Detect potential trends and liaise with problem management where applicable
Requirements
Knowledge of e-mail correspondence and phone etiquetteFlexibility to use the MS Windows suiteEnglish level : B2+ and higher, both written and spokenExpertise in ITIL event and incident management processesNice to have
