Job Summary :

HumanEdge Health is seeking experienced Emergency Department RNs for a 13-week day shift travel assignment in Syracuse, NY. This position is based in the Adult ED with floating responsibilities to the Pediatric ED and other Cross-Campus AEDs as needed. Candidates must be skilled in both adult and pediatric emergency care. Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience is required; EPIC experience is strongly preferred.

Assignment Details : Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule : Day shift, 12-hour shifts (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM)

Every other weekend and some holidays required

Floating to Peds ED and cross-campus AEDs

Qualifications :

Active New York RN license – Required

BLS Certification – Required

ACLS & PALS Certification – Preferred

Minimum 1.5 years of recent ED experience in an acute care facility of similar size / level – Required

Trauma experience in Level 1 or Level 2 hospital – Required

EPIC EMR experience – Preferred

Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide safe, evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced ED environment

Perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and implement care plans for adult and pediatric patients

Collaborate with ED physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Support Level 1 / 2 trauma operations with rapid response and critical care skills

Provide care with minimal orientation and supervision
