We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee multiple laboratories and lead a skilled team dedicated to excellence in patient testing and diagnostics.
Position Highlights :
As the Laboratory Manager you will :
- Supervise multiple supervisors and a team of approximately 30-50
- Review and interpret test results with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide consultation and technical guidance to partner hospitals and laboratory teams
- Ensure full compliance with state, local, and federal regulatory standards
- Uphold and promote a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement
