As the Supportive Health Assistant , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through :

• Assisting the Nurse Manager, RN's and LPN's with managing the heath care needs of the individuals served in the agency's Residential Program.
• Remaining in communication with Program staff and management, providers, nurses, doctors, ER staff, case management, pharmacies, parents, guardians, advocates, school administrators and Agency leadership.
• Providing direct support to individuals served in the agency as-needed.
• Possessing knowledge of basic medical terms, proper medication administrations, and other clinical disciplines.

Supportive Health Assistant Minimum Salary : $21.73 / hour

Supportive Health Assistant Maximum Salary : $21.73 / hour

Supportive Health Assistant Schedule : M-F 8 : 30am - 5pm; May be required to work extended hours or a flexible schedule with short notice
