Key Responsibilities
Lead all HR functions for the Managed Hotels portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advice and solutions for business challenges
Mentor and develop HR Managers and HR Business Partners while fostering a culture of learning and inclusion
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role supporting multi-site operations
Proven ability to influence business strategy through HR solutions
Proficiency in HR technologies and data analytics tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals
