Student Success Advisor (Interim)

Primary Purpose Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Student Services, the Student Success Advisor conducts outreach to students who previously attended Rhode Island College (RIC) and left without having completed their degree. The Student Success Advisor provides comprehensive support to undergraduate students to promote academic success and persistence from pre-matriculation through graduation. This role involves proactive outreach, individualized advising, and coordination of the process of re-enrollment to finish their degree. The Student Success Advisor also supports the Office of Academic Advising with a caseload of first- and second-year undergraduate students at Rhode Island College and students navigating academic standing.
