Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred) Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property & Casualty License and / or able to pass licensing test within 90 days Life & Health License and / or able to pass licensing test within 90 days

Missy Herron State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our licensed sales producer, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.
