Assisted Living Supervisor (RN or LPN)
The Assisted Living Supervisor (RN - LPN) plays a vital leadership role in overseeing resident wellness and care services within an assisted living community. This role partners closely with the Resident Care Director to supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with Massachusetts assisted living regulations. The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse with proven leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care.
