Position Overview :

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing personality with a strong background in high-end customer service to immediately join our team as Clinic Coordinator . This position is ideal for a professional that has the drive organization determination to meet goals and desire to go above and beyond patients expectations.

This individual plays a critical role and is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the daily operations and financial health of the clinic building positive relationships through clear and effective communication with our patients clinical team and staff. Working hand-in-hand with our providers and clinic team you will ensure the details of the entire patient experience proper patient records and documentation participate in the practice marketing supporting and cheerleading patients through their journey guiding and helping to develop team members..

Primary Responsibilities :

Maintain appearance and efficiency of the facility

Lead daily Team Huddle

Run front desk

Maintain inventory of clinic products and supplies

Maintain daily close-out reports and KPIs

Manage Insurance Claim Processing

Promote clinic services and products

Participate in employee evaluation and development

Qualifications :

Ability to represent the practice in a professional pleasant and cooperative manner.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team setting.

Highly motivated self-starter

Comfortable and efficient handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Extremely detail-oriented

Punctual and reliable attendance

Computer proficient

Reliable Transportation

Positive Attitude

Background in health nutrition or weight loss is a plus

Bilingual-English / Spanish is a plus. .

Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws / regulations.

Clinic Schedule :

Tuesday : 1 PM - 7 PM

Wednesday : 1 PM 7 PM

Thursday : 8 AM - 12 PM

Friday : 7 AM 1 PM

Saturday : 7 AM 1 PM

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED certificate.

Associate or bachelors degree (a plus).

Medical receptionist experience preferred.

Familiarity with EMR systems preferred.
