Job Description
About the Role :
We are seeking a Learning Administrator for our enterprise learning team to support the day-to-day operations of learning processes and the Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, you will manage user accounts, course content, and technical troubleshooting while ensuring training materials are well-organized and accessible. You'll also provide training and support for employees and managers, create and manage learning assignments and reports, and assist in implementing system updates and integrations. The ideal candidate has advanced experience with learning technologies, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in learning development tools and LMS platforms, preferably Cornerstone.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to :
Administer learning through the LMS including but not limited to managing user accounts and groups, course content, and testing and troubleshooting issues.Package online learning content for upload into the learning management system.Upload and manage training materials, videos, documents, tests, and evaluations. Ensure content is organized logically, is easily accessible, and meets instructional design best practices.Develop and maintain training guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.Create training assignments for learners.Create, manage and share reports for learner progress, course completions, and other relevant data.Assist users in resolving technical issues related to learning technologies. Provide support and training to employees, managers, and learners on how to use learning technologies.Assist in implementing updates, new features and integrations for the Learning Management System.Reviews, maintains, and edits training records.Other duties as assigned.Important Details :
The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $19.71 to $36.54 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary that we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.This is a full-time, hybrid role on first shift.You'll fit right in if you have :
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates in Learning or a related field (preferred).Three to four years of experience utilizing learning technologies at an advanced level.Strong understanding of e-learning development tools, content authoring software, and learning technologies.Proficiency with LMS platforms, preferably CornerstoneExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and organizational skills.Knowledge of learning management best practices, data security, and compliance requirements.Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in Spanish not required, but a plus.
