Executive Director Of Technology Delivery
The Executive Director of Technology Delivery (TDO) leads the office responsible for planning the successful implementation of technology initiatives across the organization. The Executive Director will partner closely with the Technology, Operations and Executive Teams to create delivery standards, optimize processes and drive predictable outcomes. Minimum Qualifications
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and three years full-time satisfactory professional experience related to the projects and policies to be studied in the particular position, including eighteen months of experience in a managerial, consultative, administrative or supervisory capacity. 2. Education and / or experience which is equivalent to "1" above; however, all candidates must possess eighteen months of experience in a managerial, consultative, administrative or supervisory capacity as described above.
Preferred Skills
Prefer candidates with an advanced technology degree and ten (10) or more years of full-time experience working in business consulting, project or programs management, or a similar role. Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology implementations is strongly preferred.

Residency Requirement
New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment. However, City Employees in certain titles who have worked for the City for 2 continuous years may also be eligible to reside in Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, or Orange County. To determine if the residency requirement applies to you, please discuss with the agency representative at the time of interview.
