SUMMARY :

Assist manufacturing personnel as required by machining details as directed for assembly. Assist in the assembly of product and maintain documents in support of the manufacturing efforts. The machine shop helper must be able to explain the respective role within the QMS and how their role contributes to quality. The machine shop helper shall contribute to product conformity as apart to their daily job function and shall contribute to product safety. The machine shop helper shall also be aware of ethical behavior and conduct themselves accordingly to Karman policies and procedure.
