job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPosition / Specialty : Cath Lab RN Shift : 5x8’s 0700-1530 M-F Avg daily census : 5 Years of experience REQ : 1 First-timers accepted : No Weekend REQ : Some weekend, evening and holiday coverage required. May vary with staffing. Currently 2-3 Is on-call REQ? Y - some evening, weekend and holiday coverage Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes- Memorial East (Shiloh) and Memorial Belleville float as needed for coverage Locals accepted : (Y / N) No – 75 mile radius Pending State License accepted : (Y / N) No RTO Restrictions : 7 days within 13 week contract Guaranteed Hours : 40hrs Medication system : Pyxis Documentation system : EPIC Special Equipment : Shockwave, Impella, IABP Skills required : Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Pre Post Procedure, Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures and Medications required, Blood Product Administration and Starting IVs required, Required : 12 lead EKG, ACT, Cardioversion, circulate procedures, End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Interpretation / Management of Dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Sheath Removal and monitoring, Vascular Closure Systems Certifications required : ACLS and BLS Years of experience REQ : 1 Pending State License accepted : (Y / N) No Shift : 5x8’s 0700-1530 M-F Weekend REQ : Some weekend, evening and holiday coverage required. May vary with staffing. Currently 2-3 Is on-call REQ? Y - some evening, weekend and holiday coverage RTO Restrictions : 7 days within 13 week contract
