We are looking for a Data Entry & Operations Processor to join our team in Grimes, Iowa. Responsibilities :
- Accurately input wholesale equipment orders and verify their precision.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Regularly review and refine order entry procedures and standard operating guidelines.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to address order-related needs and resolve challenges.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly to ensure effective resolution.
- Process change orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate order-related updates and concerns to internal teams, including sales, production, and project support.
- Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement in workflow processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems and financial services tools such as ADP.
- Experience with CRM platforms and data processing systems.
- Familiarity with ERP solutions and enterprise resource planning processes.
- Strong knowledge of accounting functions, auditing, and budget management.
- Ability to handle check processing and other financial operations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-department collaboration.
