This is an unpaid volunteering role. The role title is Senior Learning and Development Officer (SLO). The role nature is volunteer. The location is home-based. The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is an international think-tank supporting and advocating the application of blockchain technology in the global fight against climate change.

We are looking for a passionate volunteer who takes a strategic approach to their work, builds professional relationships with stakeholders, and generates opportunities for the organizations development.

Responsibilities :

• To assist with the curating and / or creating of Capacity Building material for the Institute
• To create Learning and Training opportunities for the volunteers
• To deliver training initiatives to fulfil the training needs identified within the Institute
• To provide regular administrative support for the learning and development functions
• To assist in the coordination of BCI learning and training sessions
