We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious law firm seeking a Partner Attorney to lead and expand its insurance defense practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance defense litigation, a proven ability to manage complex cases, and a portable book of business ($300,000+ preferred).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and more.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies that align with client goals.
• Build and expand client relationships through exceptional service and strategic business development.
• Mentor and collaborate with associates and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
• Participate in firm leadership and contribute to the strategic growth of the insurance defense practice.
