We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee daily operations in our busy equipment service department. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, solid mechanical knowledge, and a passion for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and lead the daily operations of the service department
Supervise, train, and support technicians and service staff
Schedule and prioritize service jobs for maximum efficiency
Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, maintenance, and updates
Maintain accurate service records, warranties, and parts documentation
Ensure safety and company policies are followed
Work closely with sales and parts departments to enhance customer satisfaction
Assist with technical diagnostics and repairs as needed
Qualifications :
Experience as a Service Manager, Service Advisor, or Lead Technician (ag or heavy equipment preferred)
Strong understanding of agricultural machinery, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with scheduling, documentation, and service software
Customer-focused and hands-on approach
Valid driver’s license required
