Job Summary : A well-established outpatient medical practice in Citrus Heights, CA, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a compassionate, patient-focused provider who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and collect detailed patient histories
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
- Deliver care with a patient-centered and culturally sensitive approach
