Purpose of Job : Configures, codes, tests, and implements technology systems supporting the roadmap as determined by the Product Owner. Works closely with cross functional team members to ensure solutions are implemented using an Agile mindset and supports consistent incremental delivery of a Minimum Viable Product. Provides operational support to troubleshoot, identifies root cause, and resolves product issues.
Job Duties :
- Configures / codes technology systems and ensures appropriate systems integration with dependent solutions; creates technical specifications when handing off to other technology resources for development; ensures all configuration, development and integrations are thoroughly tested and ready for deployment.
- Partners with business stakeholders to develop analytical solutions to inform key decisions guiding business performance management.
- Works to understand the business processes supported by technology systems.
- Maintains and upgrades existing technology systems.
- Works with external vendors and product support analysts to troubleshoot system issues and provides resolution.
- Collaborates with Product Owner, Product Manager, and other SME's to identify and document business training materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / IT / Computer Science or related field OR a combination of education plus equivalent level work experience.Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)Knowledge of SQL Databases and ability to write / run SQL queries.Experience working with business functions to understand and translate analytical requirements to functional and technical specifications.2+ years' experience in technology and software development processes2+ years' experience in supporting business applications.2+ years' business systems analyst experience in an Agile / Scrum software development environment preferred.Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.Functional configuration experience in one of the following : SAP / other ERP software and / or Salesforce / other CRM software.Understanding of inbound / outbound interfaces is preferred.Previous experience within the consumer products industry a plus.Experience prioritizing multiple tasks, managing tasks, and adapting to changing environment.Knowledge of process analysis and design preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.Self-starter and independent analytical thinker.High attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to document functional and technical specifications.Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast paced environment.We offer competitive pay and great benefits including :
