Are you passionate about quality and precision? We're looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst I to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of quality—evaluating production processes, inspecting products, and preventing issues before they happen.

Location : Fort Worth, United States

Role : QA Analyst

What You'll Do :

Interpret and evaluate product analyses for accuracy and compliance with specifications

Use various measurement tools and testing equipment to accept or reject products

Provide quality oversight on the production floor (filling, packaging, warehouse, and support areas)

Work from blueprints, inspection instructions, and checklists to ensure proper quality control

Identify quality trends and issues, prevent potential production problems, and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience (High School + 8 years, or Associate’s + 4 years)

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English

Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour night shift

Experience with quality control tools and inspection standards a plus
