Job Title : Welder Pipe Fitter

Reports to : Area Manger or Director of Technical Operation

FLSA Status : Full Time, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Position Purpose : The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for working on HVAC systems. You will be installing, assembling, fabricating, maintaining, and repairing closed loop piping systems. The job typically requires working in industrial, commercial, and sometimes residential environments. The job also entails regularly working alongside the HVAC Mechanical Service Team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Pipe Installation and Assembly :

Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required specifications.

Inspect, test, and maintain piping systems to ensure proper functioning.

Interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to layout pipe systems.

Use welding, brazing, soldering, or cementing methods to join pipes and components.

Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Operate specialized tools such as pipe threaders, cutters, bending machines, and welding equipment.
