Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create user-friendly documentation for its products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, write, and edit product documentation in collaboration with various departments

Create feature, procedural, and release documentation for diverse audiences

Research and verify the accuracy of documentation through interviews and existing resources

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a technical writer

Experience with Authoring Management Systems such as MadCap Flare

Ability to write for different audiences and follow a style guide

Experience providing technical documentation to internal or external audiences

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
