Job Description

• Cultivate Customized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and design tailored therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their personal functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams : Work closely alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Inform patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that promote continued progress at home.
• Monitor and Record Patient Progress : Track clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring that patients stay aligned with their goals.
