Title : CT Technologist

Location : Syracuse, NY

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day – 5x8-hour shifts (07 : 00–15 : 00 or 11 : 00–19 : 00)

Job Responsibilities :

Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.

Operate CT equipment, with preference for experience using Siemens CT scanners.

Ensure accurate patient positioning, radiation safety, and proper use of contrast agents.

Assess patients before, during, and after imaging procedures and document appropriately.

Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to support patient care.

Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and readiness of imaging equipment.

Float to other imaging areas as needed across campuses.

Required Skills & Requirements :

A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.

Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license / registration required.

Minimum 1 year of CT / MRI experience as a radiologic technologist.

Must have IV therapy experience.

Must be able to read telemetry strips.

Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience required to submit (preferably Level I or II).

Must be willing and able to float between areas as needed.

Preferred Skills\nExperience operating Siemens CT scanners.\nPrior Level I or II trauma hospital experience.\n
