  • Schedule : Flexible (Per Diem) | Mon-Fri between 8am-3pm | Work a minimum of 2 shifts per month, based on needs of the department. (pick-up open shifts when they are available)

At The Cedars of Dexter , we take pride in creating a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, and we’re looking for a dedicated Facility Support Personnel to help us keep it that way.

In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining our beautiful campus, ensuring our buildings, grounds, and equipment are always in top shape.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Maintain The Cedars of Dexter areas of campus, to include daily facility and equipment needs.
  • Ensure facility equipment is working properly.
  • Complete work orders timely through an electronic portal system.
  • Complete inspections on a routine basis as assigned.
  • Clean / polishes restrooms, furnishings, fixtures, walls, ceilings etc. Daily as instructed.
  • Sweeps and dusts floors.
  • Vacuums, shampoos, and deodorizes carpets.
  • Complete housekeeping duties, as needed.

    • What You’ll Need :

  • Prior experience in a custodial or similar position.
  • Prior experience working in residential or a senior living environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must possess a valid unrestricted state of MI drivers license.
  • Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
