Prepare reports for management on benefits utilization. Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a positive workplace culture. Serve as a contact for benefits and leave inquiries. 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or HR management (leave management preferred). Strong knowledge of employment laws related to benefits and leave. Excellent communication skills and customer service focus. Proficiency in HRIS systems is a plus.

- Oversee employee leave programs (FMLA, personal, disability).
- Ensure compliance with leave regulations and assist employees with their leave options.
