In this senior role, you will :
- Spearhead technical design for assigned projects, ensuring the highest quality standards within budget and schedule constraints.
- Provide technical supervision and guidance to junior engineers.
- Contribute to the standardization process within the structural engineering group, promoting efficiency and consistency.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients, clearly conveying project updates and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other disciplines architectural, mechanical, etc. to ensure project-wide cohesion.
- Review and approve structural packages, providing clear instructions for production teams.
- Issue construction packages to clients, facilitating smooth project execution.
Qualifications :
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).10-20 years of experience in structural engineering within the industrial sector, specifically with small / medium chemical plants and terminals.Proven track record of successfully managing projects on a tight budget.Extensive experience with equipment foundations and supports, pipe racks, access platforms, and related structural elements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.We offer a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment that fosters professional growth.
