Ready to be the friendly face and steady hand that guides people through one of lifes biggest milestones? True North Title is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our team in a hybrid roleleading real estate closings while coordinating file intake with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct closings with professionalism, clearly explaining documents
  • Enter and verify details from real estate contracts
  • Manage transaction files, paperwork, and emails
  • Use Outlook and closing software to track progress and communicate with all parties
  • Answer phones and handle general inquiries with professionalism
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth, successful closings

  • Experience with real estate closings (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Comfort with Outlook and transaction management systems
  • A professional, personable approach with customers
  • Ability to adapt and work collaboratively
