Reporting to the Director of Pharmaceutical Services, you will serve as the designated person as the IVAS Regulatory Supervisor, responsible for managing and overseeing all sterile compounding compliance, operations, and staff within the inpatient pharmacy's IVAS practice area. You will provide direct supervision to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, maintain workflow efficiency, ensure adherence to institutional and departmental policies, and lead compliance with USP

standards. You will oversee all environmental monitoring, cleanroom / hood certification, onboarding, annual competencies, and departmental regulatory readiness.

Annual Salary Range : $144,400.00 - $341,800.00
