    • About the Role

    The Company is in search of a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's long-range and annual financial planning, forecasting, and management, as well as serving as a key business partner and advisor to the leadership team. This role requires the development of best-in-class FP&A processes, systems, and staff, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth. The VP will also oversee the data analytics function to ensure accurate and clear presentation of financial information to both internal and external stakeholders. Applicants for the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis position at the company should have a proven track record in FP&A, with experience in operational modeling, financial statement analysis, and reporting techniques. A background in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software company is preferred, and experience in a public market or IPO readiness is a plus. The role demands a strong leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights, and a strategic thinker who can anticipate the financial implications of business decisions. The VP will be expected to manage and prioritize resources and investments, and to ensure financial and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
