The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics team you enhance and refine existing processes for our clients by leveraging advanced technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI / ML). As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You focus primarily on the Field Service sector within the Telecom industry, executing field operations, managing technician quotas, effectively routing and dispatching tasks, and handling various back-office processes.

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
