Healthcare is seeking a FM or IM physician to assume an existing, successful, busy practice. The current physician is well-respected and extremely patient-focused, so the ideal candidate will embody a patient-centered approach to the provision of primary care and will be comfortable working alongside Advanced Practice Providers.

A charming, safe, progressive community nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of southwestern Virginia, our location is easily accessible by car and by air. Healthcare is located about 13 miles to the south. It is nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains which offer a variety of outdoor activities to enjoy such as the New River Trail State Park, hunting, fishing, and canoeing, kayaking or tubing on the New River. Also, the Appalachian Trail passes through our area providing scenic views and great hiking. The Virginia Creeper Trail, one of the area s most popular trails begins at Whitetop Station.
