Job Title : Clinical Education Specialist – Cardiology Device
Overview :
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Education Specialist, providing expert education and support to patients using a new, innovative cardiology device designed to help prevent heart failure. This role combines clinical expertise with patient-focused teaching to ensure successful adoption and safe use of the technology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper use, maintenance, and monitoring of the cardiology device in clinic settings and patient homes
- Provide individualized instruction, troubleshooting, and follow-up to promote adherence and positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinic staff, and device representatives to coordinate education plans and reinforce care protocols.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate training records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
