Hourly Rate on W2 : $25 - 28.57 / hr on W2

Job Description :

The team is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting video solutions across the City of Chicago. Our team works closely with multiple city agencies to define requirements and provide solutions that increase situational awareness for mission-critical first responders. The team works on a wide variety of technologies, including cameras, video management servers, analytics, networking, and access control.

Job Summary

The Video Staging / Installation Technician's role will be to support a large video and license plate reader deployment for a mission critical customer. The role includes fabrication of video equipment, programing / configuration, and inventory management. The role will include working with multiple teams both inside of MSI and out.

Responsibilities

• Work with lead MSI engineer to understand project requirements
• Fabricate video equipment pods for final installation

o Install equipment inside enclosure

o Build and install cabling for POD and cameras
