Responsibilities

The CIF specialist is responsible for oversight and management of the Customer Information File (customer key) on Signature (CBS) through maintenance, verification and reporting of exceptions to CIF standards. They also provide monitoring and follow up on CIP and Beneficial Owner tracking and reporting; monitoring and reporting for Held Mail; signature card maintenance; processing of resolutions, W9s, W8s and FATCA tracking for IRS reporting.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $17.00 / Hr. - $27.50 / Hr.. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.

Monitoring and Reporting

Monitoring and completing of daily reports for correct profile setup

• Monitor and remove any held mail setup
• Reporting of Missing CIP and Beneficial Owner
