CNC Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift | $17 / hr. | McAllen, TX

Shifts Available

2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM – 11 : 00 PM

3rd Shift : 10 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Pay Rate

Starting at $17.00 / hr.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC machines including grinders, lathes, mills, EDMs, and more

Read and interpret process instructions, drawings, and technical documents

Perform precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other tools

Maintain close tolerances and surface finishes

Ensure smooth workflow and product quality throughout the repair process

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized workspace

Support and train new team members

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED

One of the following :

Associate’s degree or 24 college credit hours in manufacturing technology

Completion of a CNC Operator Apprenticeship (288+ hours)

NIMS CNC Mill Operator CAR certification

1+ year of CNC machine operator experience

Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed

Strong English communication skills and ability to follow written / verbal instructions

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments

Pay Details : $17.00 per hour
