KPMG is currently seeking a Financial Service Sales Leader to join our Business Development team.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with financial service leadership, lead partners, and advisory market leaders to contribute to a comprehensive strategy that aligns with KPMG Advisory's overall business goals and objectives
• Deliver appropriate annual sales forecasting and participate in the setting of sales targets for team members
• Manage performance of team members including pipeline management, deal qualification, forecasting and progress toward sales goals
• Oversee proactively demand generation efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified deals originated by the sales team; hold team members accountable for execution of strategies or plans for market pods and / or accounts
• Identify and address the status of client pursuits in the sales cycle; identify barriers encountered and assist team members in resolving issues / barriers
• Evaluate sales data and market conditions to develop and deploy areas for enhancement and growth
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
