As a Senior Data Science Manager, you will lead a team of talented data scientists dedicated to ensuring a safe and well-moderated user experience. You will oversee analytical initiatives that influence strategy, product decisions, and operational improvements, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, design, and operations. This role combines leadership, hands-on data science expertise, and strategic thinking to drive impactful insights and measurable outcomes. You will mentor your team, foster a high-performance culture, and guide the development of models, metrics, and analytical frameworks. Accountabilities : Lead and manage a team of data scientists focused on safety and moderation initiatives. Mentor, coach, and grow high-performing individuals and teams, establishing clear goals and professional development plans. Drive analytics strategy and provide actionable insights to influence product and operational decisions. Oversee the development and evaluation of ML and LLM models to improve moderation and safety systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and design to shape roadmap and strategic priorities. Ensure data quality, including ETL processes, reporting, and metrics definition for experimentation and measurement. Promote best practices in experimentation, causal inference, A / B testing, and metric governance. Communicate complex technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
